Executive coaching programs
On request, we provide exclusive individual coaching programs for directors. We work on individual development goals in a structured process, including executive coaching, 360° feedback processes and, for example, Value Framing.
In all these programs, just like with strategy and team development, we follow the steps of The TransformationDialogue. Specifically in leadership processes, we go through this method on three levels: I-WE-IT.
During the process we use various effective models and interventions, such as Secure Base Leadership, Vitality, Inner Voice Dialogue, Value Framing and Theory U.
