The world is going through many transitions simultaneously, which places increasing demands on leaders and their teams. Doing what you have been doing as an organisation for years no longer works.

As an organisation, you must continuously innovate, but the current challenges are too complex to tackle alone. The ‘old’ model of one big boss who tells you what to do no longer works, and the new generation no longer naturally follows in the footsteps of their predecessors.

We believe that connecting leadership can accelerate the necessary transformation in organisations. Successful leaders create connections: in the team, in the organisation, with the purpose and between generations. These connections ensure mutual trust and safety, an indispensable basis for collective results.

How we help

Our in-house leadership and talent programs consist of 3-5 multi-day modules, including a trail in the Netherlands or abroad.

We use interventions that help people to open up and challenge them to discover and optimise their potential. We always start and end with a personal in-depth interview to optimally facilitate all participants in their leadership journey.

Open enrollment programs

In addition to in-house leadership programs, we also provide open enrollment programs with partners.

In collaboration with Ebbinge, we organise Lead our Future, for enterprising leaders of (medium) large companies. In Botswana we facilitate the unique Limpopo Leadership Trail, where (future) leaders take the next step in their personal and professional development.

Executive coaching programs

On request, we provide exclusive individual coaching programs for directors. We work on individual development goals in a structured process, including executive coaching, 360° feedback processes and, for example, Value Framing.

In all these programs, just like with strategy and team development, we follow the steps of The TransformationDialogue. Specifically in leadership processes, we go through this method on three levels: I-WE-IT.

During the process we use various effective models and interventions, such as Secure Base Leadership, Vitality, Inner Voice Dialogue, Value Framing and Theory U.

Breakthroughs are easier to achieve in nature

Nature makes us receptive, holds up a mirror, strengthens our reflective capacity and inspires movement. Organising our leadership sessions in nature creates deeper insights that lead to personal transformation. The most powerful intervention here is a multi-day trail in unspoiled nature.
